About the Role
As a Prompt/LLM Engineer at nimble international, you'll be at the intersection of AI, product, and business impact. This is a hands-on role where you'll design, test, and refine prompts that power intelligent applications and services. You'll work with cutting-edge language models, experiment with different architectures and techniques, and continuously improve system performance based on real-world results. Your contributions will directly influence how our organization and clients harness the power of AI.
What You'll Do
- Engineer sophisticated prompts for various language models, optimizing for accuracy, tone, and reliability
- Evaluate and benchmark LLM outputs across use cases, identifying patterns and opportunities for refinement
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions
- Prototype and iterate on prompt strategies, testing hypotheses and documenting findings
- Stay current with LLM capabilities, techniques, and industry developments
- Contribute to documentation and best practices that elevate team expertise
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience working with large language models and prompt engineering (professional or project-based)
- Strong grasp of how LLMs work, their limitations, and practical techniques for guiding behavior
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you think clearly and explain clearly
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure, evaluate, and iterate on performance
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts; technical background preferred but not required if you demonstrate strong foundational understanding
- Curiosity about emerging AI tools and methodologies
