About the Role
You'll design and implement solutions that bridge HubSpot CRM with client business systems—including ERPs, finance platforms, marketing tools, and custom applications. You'll shepherd projects from initial discovery through final deployment, partnering directly with clients to understand their business needs and deliver technical solutions that create measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Design integration solutions that connect HubSpot CRM to enterprise ERPs, financial systems, marketing platforms, and third-party applications
- Shepherd projects through their full lifecycle—from scope and requirements through development, testing, and deployment
- Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and transform them into technical architecture and implementation plans
- Build full stack applications using JavaScript and TypeScript for client-facing and backend systems
- Create solutions that are secure, performant, and easy for teams to maintain and extend over time
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience developing full stack applications with JavaScript or TypeScript
- Background architecting and implementing system integrations and API-based solutions
- Understanding of data synchronization, API design, and integration patterns across platforms
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles or delivering solutions to clients
- Capability to independently lead projects from initiation through successful delivery
- Analytical approach to problem-solving combined with a focus on clean, sustainable code
