About the Role

You'll plan, coordinate, and execute internal projects and event-related deliverables that keep our account production running smoothly. Working closely with our Project Management team, internal departments, and external vendors and clients, you'll ensure every project meets its timeline and quality standards. Your focus will be on seamless execution, clear communication, and accountability across all stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive project plans with defined timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with internal teams and departments to align on scope, strategy, and execution approach
• Manage communication with stakeholders, vendors, and clients to keep all parties informed and aligned
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables against schedule, and address issues proactively
• Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to strengthen processes and ensure consistent execution standards
• Balance quality, scope, and resources while maintaining timeline adherence
