Maintenance Manager – Kahana Falls Resort

Capital Vacations is seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager for Kahana Falls Resort in Lahaina, Maui. In this role, you'll oversee all maintenance operations for our resort property, leading a team of maintenance professionals and ensuring our facilities remain in excellent condition for guests and staff.

About the Role

As Maintenance Manager at Kahana Falls Resort, you'll be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and supervising the full scope of maintenance and custodial services across our property. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll direct a team of maintenance staff, manage work schedules, and ensure all building systems and facilities are properly maintained and cleaned. This is an exempt-level position that requires both strategic planning and hands-on leadership.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and train maintenance staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
• Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks across the entire resort property
• Oversee exterior care, building maintenance, and cleaning operations
• Schedule maintenance work to minimize disruption to guest experience
• Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and resort policies
• Coordinate with other departments to align on facility needs

What We're Looking For
