Maintenance Tech Certified

CLK Multifamily Management is hiring a full-time Maintenance Tech Certified professional to join our operations team in Shenandoah, East Baton Rouge Parish. If you're an EPA-certified technician with hands-on HVAC expertise and a strong foundation in apartment complex maintenance, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a full-time position serving a multifamily property, where you'll manage day-to-day maintenance operations and emergency repairs while maintaining the highest standards of safety and resident satisfaction. You'll be the technical backbone of our property, ensuring systems run smoothly and residents experience responsive, professional service.

What You'll Do

• Address resident maintenance requests with speed and professionalism, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
• Perform HVAC system inspections, maintenance, and repairs in compliance with EPA regulations
• Conduct general building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance, and structural repairs
• Inspect common areas and units to identify maintenance needs and perform preventive care
• Document all work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities for compliance and tracking
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols and property management standards
• Communicate clearly with property management staff and residents regarding repair timelines and outcomes

What We're Looking For

• EPA Certification for HVAC work and air conditioning systems
• Proven hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• Solid knowledge of general apartment building maintenance and systems
• Strong commitment to safety, code compliance, and quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
