About the Role

This is a full-time supervisory position focused on managing environmental operations and industrial services. You'll ensure all work meets strict environmental compliance standards while maintaining the safety and efficiency that our clients depend on. Your leadership will be essential to the success of our Savannah operations as we continue serving major clients across the eastern and gulf coasts.

What You'll Do

• Supervise day-to-day environmental operations and coordinate crew activities at assigned job sites
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental regulations, safety protocols, and company standards
• Manage equipment operations, maintenance, and utilization to maximize operational efficiency
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous safety improvement
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement corrective solutions
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on environmental compliance, safety metrics, and operational performance
• Communicate with clients, senior management, and regulatory agencies on operational matters
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to verify work meets client and environmental standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory experience in environmental, industrial, or related operations
• Strong knowledge of environmental compliance regulations and industrial safety standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Technical proficiency in environmental remediation, industrial maintenance, or comparable field work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel to work sites as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; environmental health and safety certifications a plus
