About the Role

This is a full-time Assistant Property Manager position supporting our Property Manager in the oversight and day-to-day operations of our residential property portfolio. Working in a professional, detail-oriented environment, you'll develop your property management expertise while contributing to smooth, efficient operations and excellent resident service.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day residential property operations and resident services
• Support lease administration, move-in and move-out coordination, and resident communications
• Help coordinate maintenance requests and vendor relationships
• Assist with property inspections, rent collection follow-up, and lease compliance
• Maintain property records, documentation, and administrative files
• Support resident relations and address concerns in a professional, timely manner

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager or in a similar property management support role
