About the Role
As our Dive Maintenance Technician, you'll ensure diving equipment operates at peak performance and safety standards through rigorous preventative maintenance and technical troubleshooting. Your work directly supports mission-critical diving operations and demands precision, accountability, and deep knowledge of diving systems.
What You'll Do
- Execute scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance on SCUBA systems, regulators, and diving equipment per established operational guidelines
- Service and maintain air compressors, oxygen charging systems, and associated Haskel booster pumps and kits
- Log all maintenance activities in the 3M preventative maintenance management system with accurate scheduling and documentation
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs to restore systems to full operational readiness
- Maintain accurate inventory records and personal property custody documentation for diving equipment and supplies
- Manage technical databases and support equipment status tracking and maintenance history records
What We're Looking For
- Current Secret security clearance (required)
- Demonstrated hands-on experience maintaining SCUBA equipment and diving systems
- Proficiency with preventative maintenance management systems and technical record-keeping
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to document work accurately and follow established maintenance protocols systematically
- Background with naval or military maintenance procedures preferred
