About the Role

As a Mommy Mentor Network Program Assistant at Youth With A Purpose, you'll play a vital role in sustaining and growing our mentorship initiatives. This part-time position supports the day-to-day operations and impact of our Mommy Mentor Network, a community-centered program dedicated to empowering mothers and strengthening families. You'll be the backbone of program logistics, ensuring mentors and participants have what they need to build meaningful connections and achieve their goals.

What You'll Do

• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and logistics for mentor-participant meetings and group activities
• Communicate with program participants, answer questions, and provide administrative support
• Help maintain accurate records of program participation and mentor activities
• Support the distribution of program materials and resources to mentors and mothers
• Assist in organizing and executing community events and networking opportunities
• Help gather feedback from participants to strengthen program quality
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support program success
