Manager, Forecasting & Market Research

PharmaEssentia U. is seeking a Manager of Forecasting & Market Research to join our Burlington, Middlesex County team. This is a full-time position where you'll drive strategic insights and demand planning initiatives that inform our commercial strategy in the biopharmaceutical industry.

About the Role

As Manager of Forecasting & Market Research, you'll lead the development and execution of market intelligence and demand forecasting strategies. You'll partner with commercial, clinical, and operational teams to translate market data into actionable insights that guide product positioning, portfolio strategy, and revenue planning decisions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive demand forecasting models for our product portfolio using advanced statistical and analytical techniques
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, growth drivers, and emerging trends
• Lead cross-functional forecasting initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships across the organization
• Analyze market dynamics, patient populations, payer trends, and pricing factors to support strategic decisions
• Design and execute market studies to support product launches and lifecycle management strategies
• Present market insights and forecasting recommendations to senior leadership to inform business planning

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, life sciences, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience in market research, demand forecasting, or commercial analytics
• Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies, quantitative analysis, and statistical tools
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
• Proficiency with forecasting software platforms and data analytics tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
