About the Role

As a Technology Business Analyst at Lamb Weston, you'll partner with business leaders and IT teams to translate complex operational challenges into technology-driven solutions. You'll analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that enhance productivity and profitability across our operations. Your insights will shape how we leverage technology to stay competitive in food manufacturing and distribution.

What You'll Do

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, and production teams
• Conduct process analysis to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation or system improvement
• Work alongside IT development and infrastructure teams to evaluate technical feasibility and recommend solutions
• Prepare detailed business cases, reports, and presentations for leadership that outline proposed improvements and expected impact
• Serve as a key collaborator throughout system implementation, testing, and deployment phases
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring system performance and gathering user feedback post-launch

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, process improvement, or systems analysis roles
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• Proficiency with business process modeling, requirements documentation, and analytical tools
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or manufacturing-specific software is a plus)
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and comfort working across teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, information systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
