Analyst, Management II with Security Clearance

Join ORBIS INC. as an Analyst, Management II with Security Clearance, supporting critical submarine development and production programs at our Washington, D.C. office. This is a full-time position working directly with NAVSEA program offices to advance submarine shipbuilding initiatives.

About the Role

This management-level analyst position provides essential coordination and analytical support to NAVSEA's submarine programs and the TEAM SUB initiative. You'll work across multiple program offices and supporting organizations responsible for building and advancing the Navy's submarine fleet.

What You'll Do

• Provide program and analytical support to TEAM SUB, NAVSEA's integrated submarine program organization
• Support multiple submarine program offices including PMS 397 (COLUMBIA-Class Submarine Program), PMS 450 (VIRGINIA-Class Submarine Program), and PMS 351 (Future Attack Submarine Program)
• Coordinate with the Marine Engineering Competency Domain and SEA 05Z to ensure alignment across shipbuilding initiatives
• Manage information flow and analytical requirements across submarine development and production efforts
• Contribute to decision-making processes and strategic planning for submarine programs

What We're Looking For

• Active security clearance (required for this position)
• Demonstrated management-level analytical capabilities
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and program offices
• Familiarity with defense contracting, naval programs, or shipbuilding environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
• Ability to work in Washington, D.C. on a full-time basis
