About the Role
As a mid-level associate in Boston's thriving legal market, you'll take on substantive client work that deepens your expertise in technology law. Within a respected Am Law 100 firm, you'll support a diverse portfolio of technology companies through complex transactions, corporate restructurings, and strategic legal challenges. This is an opportunity to build a sophisticated practice while developing lasting relationships with innovative clients.
What You'll Do
- Advise technology companies on mergers, acquisitions, corporate transactions, and joint ventures
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and transactional documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis on technology-sector issues and regulatory developments
- Support due diligence processes and closing procedures for corporate transactions
- Collaborate with partners and clients to understand business objectives and deliver targeted legal counsel
- Develop and maintain client relationships across the technology sector
- Manage legal matters from deal origination through completion
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated mid-level experience in corporate law, transactional work, or a related practice area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to manage multiple matters simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines
- Prior experience with technology companies or genuine interest in the technology sector
- Commitment to client service and teamwork
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative, dynamic environment
