RogueSearch seeks a Full-Time Real Estate Paralegal in Indianapolis, Marion County to handle closing documents, due diligence, and transactions for our rapidly expanding real estate practice.
About the Role
As a Real Estate Paralegal with RogueSearch, you'll manage the lifecycle of real estate transactions across multiple development markets. This position offers the opportunity to work with a firm that has grown significantly since 2020 and now serves as the region's largest residential community developer.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review closing documents for residential real estate transactions
- Conduct due diligence and title reviews on properties across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage transaction timelines and coordinate with lenders, title companies, and sellers
- Handle land use documentation and zoning-related matters
- Support attorneys in closing the sale and transfer of residential properties
What We're Looking For
- Experience in real estate law, including transaction support or closing document preparation
- Knowledge of due diligence procedures and title examination
- Familiarity with land use and zoning regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with legal document management and case management software
