About the Role

As a Personalized Learning Teacher Plus, you will design and implement differentiated instruction tailored to each student's learning needs, pace, and goals. This role extends beyond traditional classroom teaching to include curriculum customization, progress monitoring, and data-informed decision-making to ensure every learner achieves measurable growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute personalized learning plans that reflect individual student strengths, challenges, and educational objectives
• Use formative and summative assessment data to continuously adjust instruction and advance student skills
• Design differentiated lessons and learning experiences that meet students at their current level and accelerate growth
• Monitor student progress through regular assessments, observations, and documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to align learning goals and remove barriers to success
• Integrate technology and learning platforms to enhance personalized instruction when appropriate
• Maintain detailed records of student learning trajectories and communicate progress regularly to families and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Valid California teaching credential
• Bachelor's degree and official college/university transcripts
• Demonstrated experience or strong commitment to personalized and differentiated instruction
• Proven ability to use data to drive instructional decisions and support student growth
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse students, families, and teams
• Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve creatively, and embrace continuous improvement
