About the Role

What You'll Do
- Supervise and mentor crew members across multiple shifts
- Ensure consistent food quality, preparation standards, and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance
- Support inventory control and cost management efforts
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
- Resolve customer concerns and build positive guest relationships
- Collaborate daily with the Store Manager and leadership team
