About the Role

As a Team Trainer, you'll be a core member of our Burnsville restaurant operation, balancing hands-on crew responsibilities with the opportunity to mentor and develop new team members. Your role combines front-line service positions—such as cashier, drive-thru operations, or kitchen duties—with the responsibility to train new employees and help them succeed. You'll be the reliable presence your shift team depends on, stepping in to resolve operational challenges, answer questions, and ensure guests receive exceptional service every visit.

What You'll Do

• Perform assigned crew duties while actively coaching and observing new team members
• Conduct hands-on training on restaurant systems, food safety, customer service standards, and operational procedures
• Serve as the first point of contact for team questions, concerns, and problem-solving during your shift
• Model outstanding guest service and maintain professional standards consistently
• Support shift leadership in maintaining smooth operations and team performance
• Help foster a positive, welcoming environment for both team members and customers
