About the Role
As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, you'll be at the heart of Walmart's e-commerce operation. Every order you process matters to our customers waiting for their purchases. You'll work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment where accuracy, speed, and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction and our operational success.
What You'll Do
- Pick and gather items from inventory according to online order requirements
- Verify order accuracy and item condition before packing
- Pack orders securely using proper materials and procedures
- Operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanning devices
- Organize and maintain inventory in assigned areas of the fulfillment center
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to consistently meet order fulfillment targets
- Perform quality checks to ensure orders meet Walmart's standards
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items regularly during shifts
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a high-volume environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including peak season periods
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems quickly
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Valid form of identification as required for employment
Compensation & Benefits
Walmart offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $14 to $27 per hour, depending on location and experience. You'll also have access to annual and quarterly performance incentives, as well as premium pay opportunities based on schedule and facility assignments.
