As a full-time Deli/Bakery Team Supervisor at Walmart in Okaloosa County, you'll oversee daily operations in one of our busiest departments. What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of deli and bakery associates, building a culture of food safety, quality, and service excellence
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety protocols and sanitation standards in all daily operations
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and product freshness to maintain quality and customer availability
• Create and manage team schedules to meet staffing and business objectives
• Oversee slicing, packaging, food preparation, and baking operations for consistent quality standards
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor department performance metrics and communicate results to store management
• Maintain professional presentation of deli and bakery cases, pricing, and promotional displays

What We're Looking For

• Supervisory or leadership experience in food service, grocery retail, or related environment
• Working knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation best practices
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior deli or bakery operations experience valued
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality excellence

Compensation

This full-time position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $20 to $33 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Team members are eligible for performance-based annual and quarterly incentives, with opportunities for additional compensation in specific circumstances.
