About the Role
As a Food/Consumables Team Associate at Walmart, you'll be a key member of our stocking and merchandise team, ensuring customers always have access to the groceries, household items, and consumables they depend on. What You'll Do
- Stock shelves with food items, beverages, and consumable products according to planograms and company standards
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas within the food and consumables department
- Rotate product inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with locating products
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with management about reorders and inventory needs
- Follow all food safety and handling protocols to maintain product integrity
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and ladders safely and efficiently
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during busy periods
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and stock items regularly throughout shifts
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

Compensation and Benefits
Walmart offers hourly wages ranging from $15 to $28 per hour. Compensation varies based on role and location. Additional compensation includes performance incentives and potential schedule or facility-based premiums.
