About This Role
The MBT Slitter Utility position is a hands-on, full-time role supporting our production floor operations in Jacksonville. You'll be part of a manufacturing team responsible for equipment operation, material processing, and maintaining the rigorous quality standards that define every Swisher product. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety in a busy industrial environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist with operation and support of slitting equipment and production machinery
- Handle material preparation, setup, and logistics for production runs
- Monitor product quality and alert supervisors to any equipment or material issues
- Maintain workplace safety standards and keep the production area clean and organized
- Support production schedules and adjust to changing workflow demands
- Follow all company safety protocols and quality procedures
