About the Role
As a Machine Operator II at Graham Packaging, you'll run and monitor production machinery that manufactures the plastic packaging solutions found in kitchens and laundry rooms across North America. You'll take ownership of your equipment, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain the standards that keep our customers coming back.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor assigned machinery on the day shift production floor
- Conduct routine machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers following established procedures
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment in good working condition
- Track production data and report any equipment issues or concerns promptly
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of workplace safety
