About the Role

This is a full-time carpentry position offering a competitive $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. You'll work on diverse construction projects in the Portland area, balancing independent problem-solving with strong team collaboration. What You'll Do

• Perform rough carpentry work including framing and structural carpentry
• Install doors, frames, and hardware according to specifications
• Execute interior and exterior trim work with precision
• Install blocking and prepare structural elements
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Coordinate with other trades and construction team members
