About the Role
As a Leasing Agent with TIPTON ASSET GROUP, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective tenants and current residents. Your mission is to present and lease properties to qualified prospects, creating a smooth, professional leasing experience from initial inquiry through move-in. This is an immediate opening where your contribution directly impacts our community's success.
What You'll Do
- Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective tenants
- Discuss lease terms, community amenities, and property features with prospects
- Process lease applications and verify applicant qualifications
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and current residents
- Manage leasing documentation and maintain accurate records
- Support administrative and customer service responsibilities related to leasing
- Represent TIPTON ASSET GROUP professionally in all resident interactions
What We're Looking For
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Confidence engaging with diverse prospective tenants
- Attention to detail in application processing and documentation
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to work full-time at our Panther Creek location
- Prior experience in leasing, property management, or customer-facing roles preferred
