Jefferies Financial Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Investment Banking Healthcare team in Franklin D Roosevelt, Manhattan. About the Role
As Administrative Assistant to our Investment Banking Healthcare team, you'll be the backbone of day-to-day operations. You'll manage calendar coordination, schedule client meetings, organize team logistics, and ensure every detail runs without a hitch. This full-time position requires someone who takes ownership of responsibilities and anticipates the needs of senior team members and clients alike.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members and manage all related logistics
- Process, track, and reconcile expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain executive calendars and schedule complex, multi-party meetings
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and documentation
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and administrative projects
- Provide support for client communications and event coordination
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and calendar management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven experience in travel coordination and expense management
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Professional demeanor and the discretion to handle sensitive matters
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in financial services, investment banking, or healthcare industries is a plus
