About the Role
As Title Clerk at our North Scranton location, you'll be the backbone of our title and registration operations. This is a full-time position where accuracy, organization, and customer service excellence directly impact our dealership's success. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your attention to detail ensures smooth vehicle transactions for every customer.
What You'll Do
- Process vehicle titles and registration documents with precision and efficiency
- Prepare and verify title paperwork to ensure compliance with Pennsylvania motor vehicle regulations
- Manage title transfers, lien releases, and ownership documentation for sold vehicles
- Maintain organized records of all title-related transactions and filings
- Coordinate with state agencies, lienholder companies, and customers regarding title status and requirements
- Communicate with customers about title timelines and required documentation
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission and follow up on pending applications
- Support the sales team by ensuring seamless title transitions between dealership and customer
What We're Looking For
- Detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to process documents accurately under regular deadlines
- Knowledge of vehicle title procedures and Pennsylvania motor vehicle regulations (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with standard office software and document management systems
