About the Role
As a Regional Manager, you'll oversee store operations across your assigned territory, ensuring consistent brand experience and operational excellence at every Sunglass Hut location. This leadership position combines strategic planning with hands-on store management, where you'll directly impact customer satisfaction, team performance, and regional sales results.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee multiple Sunglass Hut store locations within the Great Plains region
- Drive sales performance and revenue growth across your territory
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop store managers and sales teams
- Monitor inventory management, merchandising, and product displays across all assigned stores
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store-level performance
- Foster a positive workplace culture that supports employee development and retention
- Build strong relationships with store teams and leadership
- Respond to customer concerns and ensure exceptional service delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience managing retail stores or multiple locations
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
