OTR Dry Van Company Driver

About the Role

As an OTR Dry Van Company Driver, you'll transport freight across the United States, managing long-haul routes with professionalism and safety as your core priorities. This is a full-time position offering significant earning potential and career growth within a stable transportation company.

What You'll Do

• Operate a tractor-trailer rig on interstate and long-distance routes
• Maintain compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule to designated locations
• Maintain accurate logbooks and vehicle records
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and company management
• Ensure cargo is properly secured throughout transport

What We're Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A
• Professional experience operating tractor-trailers
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Commitment to safe, professional driving practices
• Willingness to pass required background check and medical examination
• Availability for extended time away from home

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation starting at $76,000 to $92,000 in your first year based on your experience. New drivers also receive a $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus, paid in installments: $1,000 upon completion of orientation, $1,000 at 3 months, and $1,000 at 6 months.
