Sr. Account Manager

Join Home From College as a Senior Account Manager in Santa Monica, Los Angeles County. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to lead brand partnerships with some of America's fastest-growing companies and help shape how they connect authentically with Gen Z consumers and talent.

About the Role

As Senior Account Manager, you'll be the strategic lead for a portfolio of major brand partnerships at Home From College. You'll manage the full lifecycle of accounts—from initial partnership strategy through campaign execution and expansion—while serving as the trusted advisor to our brand partners on reaching over 500,000 Gen Z students across America's college campuses and digital channels.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end account strategy, growth, and profitability for an assigned portfolio of brand partners
• Develop and present multi-quarter partnership plans that align brand objectives with our platform capabilities
• Collaborate with creative, operations, and product teams to execute campaigns and track performance
• Build and maintain executive relationships with C-level stakeholders at brand partners
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth through cross-sell and deeper engagement
• Mentor and support junior account management team members
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategy

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of account management, partnership, or business development experience, ideally in media, marketing, or B2B platforms
• Proven track record growing and retaining high-value accounts
• Comfort managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and navigating cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset paired with strong execution—you can build plans and deliver results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Gen Z behavior, campus culture, or youth marketing is a plus
