This full-time position combines strategic planning, content management, and cross-location coordination to build a cohesive, growing social presence for a dynamic healthcare organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy for the Paradigm masterbrand and local practice locations
• Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
• Oversee social media operations, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Scale social media efforts across multiple practice locations while maintaining unified brand standards
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices to guide social media use across the organization
• Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic insights to inform ongoing optimization
• Partner with clinical teams, marketing staff, and local practice leaders to amplify practice-specific messaging and patient stories
