About the Role
As an Entry Level Remote Recruiter at Gpac, you'll build relationships with candidates and clients while managing the complete recruiting cycle. You'll gain hands-on experience in sourcing talent, conducting screenings, and guiding placements—all while working from home in a supportive, fast-paced environment. This role provides direct exposure to how top recruiting firms operate and deliver results.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates through job boards, social networks, professional communities, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess skills, background, and cultural fit
- Qualify both candidates and clients to understand their needs, expectations, and career goals
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming job placements
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Track candidate progress and maintain detailed, accurate records in our recruitment system
- Research positions and market conditions to position candidates competitively
- Provide consistent follow-up and support to candidates throughout the placement process
