About the Role

The Human Resources and Cash Handling Operations Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our Business Office. You'll balance HR administrative functions with financial and cash-handling responsibilities, helping maintain smooth daily operations across both employee services and accounting functions.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, documentation, and personnel data
• Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration
• Handle cash receipts, deposits, and reconciliation with accuracy and accountability
• Assist with accounts payable and general accounting tasks
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation
• Support recruiting and new employee onboarding activities
• Respond to employee and visitor inquiries with professionalism
• Perform data entry and maintain filing systems for both HR and financial records
• Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in HR administration, cash handling, or office administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with standard office software and systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and financial work
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and accounting principles preferred

Position Details

This is a part-time position with an hourly wage of $19.00–$22.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
