Staff Relations Manager

Amgen seeks a Staff Relations Manager to join our Human Resources team in Holly Springs, Wake County. What You'll Do

• Partner with managers and employees to address workplace concerns and conflicts, working toward collaborative solutions
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employment best practices, and legal compliance matters
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive workplace culture
• Handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
• Conduct investigations into workplace concerns as needed, maintaining impartiality and thorough documentation
• Coordinate training on company policies, compliance, and workplace conduct for our teams
• Serve as a resource for both employees and management on staffing decisions and workplace dynamics

What We're Looking For

• Experience in employee relations, human resources, or a similar role managing workplace matters
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to remain neutral and objective
• Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational policy development
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with employees and management at all levels
