About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll handle customer interactions, process transactions, stock products, and maintain store readiness. As a Customer Service Associate II, you'll contribute to a well-run retail environment while helping your team succeed.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assist them with purchases and questions
• Operate the register system and process payments accurately
• Stock shelves and arrange merchandise according to company standards
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout your shift
• Support inventory tasks and merchandise receiving
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Coordinate with team members to meet daily store goals
• Provide mentoring and guidance to team members in training
