Join Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in Lancaster, Garrard County. This full-time night shift position offers direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting, with weekend rotation as part of the schedule.

About the Role

Working the night shift from 7pm to 7am, you'll provide essential care to rehabilitation patients during critical overnight hours. Your role is central to our patients' recovery journey—monitoring their condition, responding to their needs, and supporting the clinical team through the evening and overnight hours when dedicated attention makes the most impact.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, catheter care, and wound dressing changes
• Administer medications under RN supervision and maintain accurate medication records
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and comfort needs
• Document patient status and communicate changes to nursing staff and physicians
• Support rehabilitation therapy goals by collaborating with interdisciplinary team members
• Respond promptly to patient requests and concerns throughout the night shift

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid LPN or LVN license in good standing
• Ability to work night shifts (7pm – 7am) with required weekend rotation
• Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on patient care skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation care
• Reliable and punctual work ethic in a team environment
• Effective communication and documentation practices
