About the Role
As a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at First Horizon Bank, you'll identify new commercial opportunities and nurture strategic partnerships with established and prospective business clients. You'll originate and service a variety of commercial loans and credit products, focusing on building long-term relationships that generate sustainable revenue and maintain strong asset quality for the bank.
What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with new commercial prospects and expand revenue within your existing portfolio
- Originate and manage commercial loans and business credit facilities tailored to client needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts, ensuring comprehensive service delivery
- Monitor portfolio performance and asset quality to minimize risk exposure
- Achieve revenue targets while strengthening customer loyalty and retention
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure efficient loan processing and timely client communication
- Evaluate market opportunities in the Houston commercial banking sector and competitor offerings
What We're Looking For
- Substantial experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or business lending
