This is a client-facing role where you'll combine analytical thinking with relationship-building to help families and businesses achieve their financial goals.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and life circumstances
• Provide personalized investment and financial planning advice aligned with client needs and market conditions
• Build and manage a diversified client portfolio across the North Florida region
• Execute investment transactions and portfolio management activities
• Stay current with market trends, regulatory requirements, and financial products
• Participate in the structured development program, which includes ongoing training and mentorship
• Develop business through relationship building and client referrals

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Series 7 and Series 65 licenses, or willingness to obtain them
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse clients
• Sales and relationship-building orientation with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
• Minimum age of 18
