What You'll Do

• Open new customer accounts and manage account relationships across checking, savings, money market, and other deposit products
• Assess customer financial goals and recommend tailored banking solutions
• Cross-sell and promote Wells Fargo lending products, investment services, and financial management tools
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance standards
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotional offerings
• Contribute to a welcoming branch environment and participate in community initiatives
• Achieve individual sales targets and support branch performance goals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a sales environment
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale banking technology
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial transactions
• Availability for full-time work, including extended hours and weekend service
