Community Manager – Lawrence, MA

JPMorganChase seeks an experienced Community Manager to lead community engagement and financial health initiatives across the Lawrence, MA area. As a Vice President in our Consumer Bank division, you'll drive measurable outcomes while establishing yourself as a trusted, visible leader in the local community.

About the Role

In this full-time position based in Lawrence, Essex County, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy focused on expanding access to financial services and improving client experience. You'll represent JPMorganChase as a credible partner in the field, working directly with residents, local organizations, and stakeholders to understand and address financial wellbeing needs. Your leadership will shape how we connect with and serve the Lawrence community.

What You'll Do

• Develop and lead a community engagement strategy aligned with JPMorganChase's commitment to financial inclusion and local growth
• Build and nurture relationships with community organizations, non-profits, government agencies, and local leaders across Lawrence and Essex County
• Design and oversee outreach programs that increase financial literacy and expand banking access to underserved populations
• Measure and report on program impact, ensuring initiatives deliver real value to the community and business outcomes for the organization
• Serve as an ambassador for JPMorganChase, representing our brand and values at community events and partnerships
• Identify opportunities to address local economic challenges through financial services, training, and support programs

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing community development, public affairs, or similar roles in financial services or large organizations
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing programs that create measurable community impact
• Knowledge of financial services, banking, or consumer finance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking with strong project management and organizational abilities
