Treasury Operations Analyst

Fintech Brand is hiring a Treasury Operations Analyst in Beverly, Essex County to join our growing financial operations team. In this full-time role, you'll be the backbone of our treasury function, managing daily cash movements, reconciling transactions, and keeping our financial operations running smoothly and in compliance.

About the Role

As Treasury Operations Analyst, you'll own critical day-to-day activities that keep our treasury operations efficient and accurate. You'll work directly with banking partners, internal stakeholders, and systems to ensure every transaction is processed correctly and every discrepancy is resolved quickly.

What You'll Do

• Execute and monitor payment processing activities, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other cash movements
• Review banking transactions and reconcile accounts to detect and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain precise operational records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate on process improvements to streamline treasury workflows
• Support system enhancements and technology implementations that improve operational efficiency
• Contribute to cross-functional projects that strengthen our financial operations infrastructure
• Coordinate with accounting, compliance, and banking teams to ensure seamless cash management
