About the Role
As a Relationship Banker, you'll be at the center of our client service mission. You'll manage a portfolio of customers, understanding their financial objectives and connecting them with the right banking solutions. Your role combines personalized client consultation with cross-functional expertise, ensuring every interaction strengthens the relationship between our clients and Zions Bancorporation.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand accounts and services
- Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate products including deposit accounts, loans, and investment services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring full compliance with banking regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and attention to detail
- Meet client acquisition and retention goals through proactive outreach and consultative selling
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless service and tailored solutions
- Stay current on bank products, services, and industry developments
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 1+ years of customer service or banking experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and banking software
- Passion for building client relationships and solving financial challenges
- Ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment
