About the Role
As Product Sales Manager at Antenna Research Associates Inc, you will own the sales strategy and execution for our portfolio of cutting-edge C5ISR technologies. This is a full-time position where you'll translate complex, mission-critical solutions into compelling customer value propositions and close deals with the organizations that depend on our innovations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for assigned product lines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the defense and national security sectors
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations that showcase situational awareness, threat detection, and communications capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to address customer requirements and accelerate deal cycles
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value of integrated solutions and subsystems
- Identify market opportunities and competitive threats to inform sales and product strategy
- Travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably selling technical products or complex systems
- Strong understanding of government, defense, or national security markets
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term customer value and revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel and work collaboratively across functional teams
