About the Role

This is a full-time position focused on translating market insights into actionable sales strategies. You'll take ownership of analyzing our sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and building the analytical foundation that enables our sales teams to drive results. Your work directly influences how UKG penetrates new markets and scales our impact across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales trends, pipeline performance, and market dynamics to identify growth drivers and optimization opportunities
  • Develop competitive intelligence and market positioning strategies that inform go-to-market decisions
  • Create sales forecasts and predictive models to guide resource allocation and revenue planning
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and regional teams to translate strategy into executable plans and targets
  • Monitor key sales metrics and KPIs, delivering insights that enable continuous improvement and course correction
  • Support strategic planning cycles, territory optimization, and sales team alignment initiatives
  • Design analytical dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into sales performance

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, business analysis, or sales operations roles
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis tools and SQL; expertise in business intelligence platforms is a plus
  • Strong financial acumen with experience building models, forecasts, and ROI analyses
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for executives
  • Proven track record collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM systems
  • Strategic mindset paired with attention to operational detail
