About the Role

As an Integrated Program Planner, you'll serve as a critical coordinator across program functions, ensuring alignment between technical teams, schedules, and program objectives. You'll develop comprehensive program plans, track progress against milestones, and communicate status to all stakeholder groups. This level of the role requires someone who can see the big picture while managing complex, interconnected planning activities that support concurrent initiatives across our Owego operations.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain detailed integrated schedules, resource plans, and comprehensive program documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and business teams to align planning and execution
• Track program performance metrics, risks, and issues; present status reports to program leadership
• Develop program plans that meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
• Support program managers in resource allocation, budget oversight, and milestone delivery
• Identify planning risks and constraints; recommend solutions and process improvements
• Maintain program artifacts using enterprise planning tools and established methodologies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or related discipline
• 5 or more years of professional experience in program planning, project coordination, or equivalent program support
• Demonstrated expertise in schedule development, resource planning, and integrated program management practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present plans and status to diverse, senior audiences
• Hands-on proficiency with program planning software and enterprise systems
• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional team environments
• Security clearance eligibility; willingness to pursue and maintain appropriate clearance levels
