EY is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation and deployment of SAP solutions for enterprise clients in Madison, Dane County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive strategic business transformation initiatives while building and managing high-performing delivery teams.
About the Role
As a Delivery Manager on our SAP Delivery Excellence team, you'll own the end-to-end execution of client engagements, from project initiation through go-live and beyond. Your focus will be on ensuring projects deliver on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll partner with clients to understand their business objectives and translate those into successful SAP implementations that drive measurable value.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams through all phases of SAP implementation projects
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations at all organizational levels
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Drive adoption and change management initiatives with client teams
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of delivery excellence
- Monitor project health, performance metrics, and take corrective action as needed
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale SAP implementations or digital transformation projects
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise solutions on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and enterprise business processes
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
