HVAC Project Manager

DuctMasters USA, Inc is recruiting for a full-time HVAC Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial climate control projects across the Weston and Everglades Br area of Broward County. This position leads the coordination and execution of heating and cooling systems work at multiple sites while maintaining operational efficiency at our main office.

As an HVAC Project Manager at DuctMasters USA, Inc, you'll be the driving force behind successful project delivery in South Florida's competitive HVAC market. You'll manage timelines, budgets, and teams across both office-based administrative work and field supervision at active job sites. This full-time role combines strategic planning with hands-on project oversight to ensure every installation and service meets industry standards and client expectations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate activities across multiple heating and air conditioning projects and locations
• Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress to meet deadlines
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor material and labor expenses
• Supervise equipment installations, system testing, and quality assurance processes
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry codes at all job sites
• Train and mentor field staff to maintain performance and professional standards

• Proven experience managing HVAC projects or commercial climate control operations
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a track record of on-time delivery

Compensation and Benefits
