About the Role

In this position, you'll support Bannock County's grounds maintenance operations, working with professional equipment and tools to keep our public spaces and county properties in excellent condition.

What You'll Do

• Operate seasonal grounds equipment such as tractor mowers, trimmers, and chainsaws
• Use hand and power tools including shovels, rakes, and brooms for grounds maintenance and finishing tasks
• Assist with maintenance work in designated zones and across county-managed areas
• Support installation and upkeep of signs, guardrails, and fencing throughout the county
• Help maintain ditches, culverts, and related drainage infrastructure
• Support the maintenance team with cleanup and other grounds-related duties as assigned
