HVAC Technician

What You'll Do

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and ductwork systems throughout our facility
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and your technical knowledge
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to extend system life and reduce downtime
• Respond to emergency repair requests and troubleshoot equipment failures quickly
• Document all work performed, including maintenance logs and repair records
• Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members to meet facility needs
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards

What We're Looking For

• Current HVAC certification or license (EPA 608 or equivalent)
• Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
