About the Role
Martin Transport seeks experienced CDL A drivers to operate heavy commercial vehicles across the United States. You'll manage loads professionally, maintain vehicle compliance with DOT standards, and deliver freight on time while upholding our commitment to safety and service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and legally across multi-state routes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections with accurate documentation
- Maintain DOT-compliant electronic and paper logs
- Deliver shipments professionally and on schedule to customer destinations
- Coordinate with dispatch and fleet management on routing and vehicle status
- Adhere to safety protocols and company operational standards
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base pay up to $98,000 annually
- Safety and service tenure bonuses—up to 5% of line haul earnings
- Driver away pay: 10% bonus when away from home 14 days or longer
