About the Role

As a Rigger Helper, you'll be part of a skilled team performing critical installation, rigging, and maintenance operations for major manufacturing and industrial clients across the Southeast. You'll gain practical experience in load securing, equipment positioning, and site coordination while working alongside experienced riggers and millwrights. This position offers a direct pathway into the industrial construction trade.

What You'll Do

• Assist experienced riggers with positioning, securing, and moving heavy equipment and materials using rigging hardware and equipment
• Prepare work areas and equipment staging sites to support rigging operations safely
• Measure, mark, and verify alignment of equipment and loads during installation processes
• Maintain focus on safety protocols and best practices in high-stakes industrial environments
• Communicate effectively with rigging teams and site supervisors to coordinate movement of materials and machinery
• Help maintain equipment, rigging hardware, and work areas to support ongoing operations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical ability to lift and carry, work at heights, and perform demanding manual labor
• Willingness to learn industrial rigging techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and communicate with team members
• Comfort working in industrial and manufacturing environments
• Valid driver's license a plus
